s-boyhead3Superboy: Unable to successfully clone Superman using his dna, the director of Cadmus Labs, Paul Westfield used his own DNA, creating a half Kryptonian Clone, resulting in Superboy.  Superboy is matured to the age of fifteen.  His powers were part of an experiment with Superman's aura translating it into a telekinetic field.  This gives Kon, the Tactical Telekenesis which can simulate most of supeman's powers including speed, Strength and Flight.
