Cosmic
Boy: Rokk Krinn was one of the
Legion's founding
trio. Upon teaming up with Garth Ranzz and Imra Ardeen to save one of
the United Planets' highest ranking politicians- RJ Brande- the trio
teamed together to begin the Legion of Super-Heroes with Brande's
financial support. Cosmic Boy (or "Cos" to his teammates) has been the
team's leader ever since, but had also proven himself as a true hero
with his natural Braalian magnetic powers.
LIGHTNING
LAD: Garth Ranzz never dreamed of
the path his life
would take him. One of the few Legionnaires not born with his powers,
he, his twin sister Ayla and their older brother Mekt were caught in a
freak accident granting each one of them powers. Soon afterwards, Garth
helped two other youths save the life of a UP politician and went on
the help form the Legion. Now, somewhat to Garth's dismay, he's become
somewhat of an elder stateman in the Legion at a time when he only
wants to be with his love Imra Ardeen- Saturn Girl- and occaisionaly go
out and save the universe.
SATURN GIRL: Imra
Adreen grew up on
the moon of Saturn named Titan among a race of telepaths. Imra became
one of the most skilled telepaths of her race, being able to expand her
abilities above and beyond most others. One of the Legion's founders,
she's also become of the greatest heroes in the United Planets, proving
herself time and time again.
SUPERBOY: In his
century, Conner
Kent was the next in line to be the world's greatest hero. A clone,
combining the DNA of Superman and Lex Luthor, Conner possesses a
tactile telekinetic power, granting him flight, super strength, a
degree of invulnerability, and the ability to create telekinetic
fields. Recently he's begun to develop Kryptonian abilities much like
Superman's, including heat and X-ray vision and greater strength and
invulnerability. Finding himself trapped in the 31st century after a
freak time travel accident that no one fully understands, Conner is
trying to decide whether to try to make it home or stay with the Legion.
BRAINIAC 5 :Querl
Dox comes from
Colu, home to one of the smartest races in the cosmos. Querl is a
genius even among his own people though, possessing twelfth level
intelligence, and the latest in a line of super geniuses. Elected as
Colu's Legionnaire, Brainiac has proved to be a valuable resource to
the Legion with as an inventor and with his knack with forcefields.
KARATE KID: Val
Armorr is one of
the most feared of the Legionnaires, but is completely powerless. The
most skilled martial artist in the United Planets, Val was a natural
choice for the Legion, and has proved himself many times over.

SHADOW LASS: Tasmia Mallor is another Legionnaire coming
from a
legacy of greatness. The "Shadow Champion" of her world, Tasmia seemed
arrogant and headstrong at first, but has since proven to be a fierce
warrior and loyal ally.
CHAMELEON: Reep
Daggle is the son
of a Durlan priest, and the Durlans' only true link to the United
Planets. Although his involvement with the Legion has relaxed his own
people somewhat, Reep doesn't care about how he affects his world. He's
having a blast being a superhero.
SHRINKING VIOLET: Salu
Digby is one
of the Legion's newest members, and was accepted quickly. Born with the
ability to shrink to sub-atomic size, Violet competed to be her world's
Legionnaire, and proved herself when capturing one of the other
competitors who resorted to murder to win. Since then, the shy young
woman has adapted to her role in the Legion and gradually come out of
her shell.
ULTRA BOY: Jo Nah is
perhaps the
most unusual Legionnaire. Gaining his powers after eating the flesh of
a space whale while trapped in its stomach, Jo is one of the most
powerful Legionnaires with a vast range of powers. Unfortunately for
him, he can only access these powers one at a time. Arrogant and
headstrong, the only other person he cares about beside himself is
Tinya Wazzo, the Legion's Apparition.
APPARITION:
Originally called
Phantom Girl, Tinya Wazzo is one of the most unique Legionnaires.
Although at first it was assumed her power was to phase through solid
matter, Tinya discovered that she could actually exist simultaneously
in two seperate realities, giving her the ability to move through solid
matter and be undetected by any electronic device. Tinya is outgoing
and fun, but secretly fears becoming trapped as a living ghost between
realities.
PRINCESS PROJECTRA:
Jeka Wynzorr is
a member of the royal family of Orando. Seldom seen without her
companion and bodyguard, Sensor, Jeka has the ability to create
illusions and make them seem completely real. Initially feared by her
teammates as being stuck up, Projectra has proved herself to be a
loving and caring friend.
STAR BOY: Thom
Kallor is part of a
legacy in his homeworld of Xanthu. Using his mass altering powers, he
became a champion of his people and joined the Legion alongside fellow
Xanthusian Kid Quantum. He's become of Cosmic Boy's most trusted
friends in that time, and consistently serves as a group leader for
Legion missions.
TRIPLICATE GIRL:
Somewhat of an
enigma to her teammates, Luorno Durgo comes from a planet where she was
the only survivor of an unknown cataclysmic event. Soon realising her
ability to split into three beings, who could in turn split into three
other beings and so on, she single handedly repopulated her homeworld
of Cargg. Soon afterwards, the United Planets discovered Cargg and
offered the race of women membership. They agreed on one condition-
three of themself would join the Legion. Since then Luorno has become
her own woman, and is now finding herself falling for her teammate
Superboy.
VALOR: Once a
legendary hero in the
twentieth century, Lar Gand was trapped in the Phantom Zone for literal
centuries to prevent his death by lead poisoning. Freed by the Legion
he quickly joined the team, using his natural Daxamite abilities once
again as Valor.
DAWNSTAR: Shikari
Lonestar is
unique among the Legionnaires. Coming from a distant galaxy, Shikari
helped a group of Legionnaires return home after being deposited near
her home. She and her race, the nomadic Kwai, have since allied
themselves with the United Planets and the Legion, where Shikari puts
her uncanny tracking skills to good use.
